Belgian Dutch language public broadcaster VRT has laid the first stone in the foundations of its new headquarters on the Auguste Reyers Boulevard, a key arterial road running through the center of Brussels.
The long-awaited headquarters is a crucial step for the public broadcaster as it focuses on media production and technology innovation.
Building works have started, and VRT expects to relocate in 2026.
