Omnia Forza FM, for FM and digital radio broadcasts, is a five-band software-based audio processor with all-new wideband and multiband AGCs and limiters, the Frank Foti-designed Silvio clipper from Omnia.11 and an integrated stereo generator. Outputs include composite-over-IP and μMPX for analog FM, plus a peak-limited L/R output for HD1 or DAB.
Forza HDS, for HD, DAB and streaming, teams its five-band architecture with algorithms, AGCs and multiband limiters designed specifically for HD and streaming channels, plus Omnia Sensus codec conditioning technology for consistent, polished HD, DAB and streaming audio, and includes an integrated, target-driven LUFS ITU-R BS.1770 loudness controller. Both can be installed on local COTS servers, pre-installed on the Telos Alliance AP-3000 hardware platform or remotely hosted via cloud services.
Recent software updates for Forza FM and Forza HDS contain several upgraded features. Both benefit from a new stereo enhancer, and both give broadcasters the choice of optional Nielsen PPM encoding or Kantar watermarking. Additionally, Forza FM now has a comprehensive built-in RDS system, standard.
