RadioWeek 2026 returns from Jan. 26–30 with five daily hour-long sessions at 3 p.m. CET (9 a.m. ET) designed to address some of the most persistent operational and strategic questions facing broadcasters. The free, 100% online series brings together researchers, technology providers and media practitioners to explore how radio can strengthen its position across platforms. This year’s event will be brought to you by Xperi, RCS, CGI, CaptionCast Media and Radiozeit.
Transforming FM and DAB+ data
The week opens on Monday, Jan. 26, with a close look at how real-time in-car listening data is being converted into measurable value. Presenters will demonstrate how broadcasters are using analytics from the DTS AutoStage Broadcaster Portal to shape programming, improve engagement and support verified impressions and attribution. The session examines what it takes for radio analytics to inform commercial and editorial planning reliably.
Keeping today’s audiences while building tomorrow’s
Tuesday, Jan. 27, focuses on audience behavior. While radio remains a trusted medium, the way people find and consume content continues to evolve. The session explores how metadata-rich experiences, hybrid listening and reduced friction points can help broadcasters retain loyal audiences while expanding reach, particularly among younger listeners.
Understanding trust in media
On Wednesday, Jan. 28, researchers from the Fraunhofer Institute will present new findings on audience trust. The session looks at what contributes to or undermines confidence in broadcasters and what producers, editors and journalists can do to strengthen credibility. It also examines how authenticity and transparency shape long-term audience relationships.
AI in the production chain
Thursday, Jan. 29, turns to practical workflow improvements, showing how AI can help teams produce consistent, studio-quality audio at speed. Presenters will walk through real-world use cases for automated enhancement, noise reduction and other tools that can support production under tight deadlines.
Expanding value through transcription
The week concludes on Friday, Jan. 30, with a session on AI transcription and how it is opening new opportunities for content reuse, strategic planning and internal processes. The discussion includes how program managers and commercial teams are using searchable, timestamped transcripts to improve discoverability, streamline compliance tasks and support new revenue models.
