Nautel is returning to IBC with what promises to be a busy stand that includes its VX Series of FM transmitters. This new series boasts 11 analog models ranging from 150 W to 6 kW. These compact units feature advanced control, instrumentation, easy service, and extensive operational capabilities. Users manage the VX Series through Nautel’s new HTML5 Advanced User Interface (AUI), which the company has completely re-designed and now starting to deploy across its product lines.
This year Nautel shares its stand with Digidia, which will display its DAB and DRM solutions, including multiplexers, content servers/modulators, and FM synchronizing options. Digidia joined the Nautel team last year and has already received orders from two major European broadcast operators for large DAB multiplexing systems.
Nautel will also host a special DRM event as part of its ongoing commitment to advancing digital radio technologies. The event, titled “DRM is Ready for FM,” will be on Saturday, 10 September, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Nautel’s stand, and feature speakers from the DRM Consortium, Nautel and Digidia.
