Couldn’t be at the NAB Show?
Lawo has posted a video from the show floor. Called a “Breakfast Session,” it features Tony Staires, sales director, audio, Lawo North America and Brock Raum, senior engineer, Beck TV, an integrator.
The 20+-minute video is heavy on the ST 2110 video ecosphere because, well, ST 2110 is here and it is the coming future so if you’re building out video or planning on it, take it seriously.
Beck TV and Lawo teamed up for a massive ST 2110 campus-wide video network at the University of Nebraska, which Staires and Raum discuss in some depth. That also involves looking at how workflows are beginning to change as the seemingly infinitely flexible blank slate of IP technology replaces the dedicated and often incompatible analog and early digital signals and their paths.
Lawo’s Home apps are part of that change as is its Flex business model where resources are summoned and paid for on a by-use basis rather than on an annual license model.
NAB Show attendees get treated to a lot of sessions like this at the show.
