Rajar Q4 2025 highlights diverging fortunes for major U.K. broadcast groups
Cleveland, Ohio-based nonprofit broadcaster Ideastream Public Media has chosen four Nautel transmitters for a buildout of its radio stations — WCLV(FM), Cleveland; WKRW(FM), Wooster, Ohio; WKSU(FM), Cleveland; and a translator, W239AZ, in Ashland, Ohio.
The transmitter models chosen are two GV2-30ND, a GV2 3.5 and a VS1. These will join other Nautel transmitters the broadcaster has installed and used.
Ideastream Public Media Senior Director of Technology Chuck Poulton said, “We like the overall serviceability and support from Nautel, plus the fact that they support their products for the long haul.”
Local engineering services firm Warmus and Associates aided in the acquisition.
