DRM Receiver Availability Increases in India

Equipment supplier Gospell has partnered with India’s Antriksh Digital Solution LLP in a “joint mission to make DRM receivers more easily accessible for the consumer and to bring back the joy into listening.”

Antriksh Digital is a professional digital television and broadcasting product solution provider, and is distributing a range of DRM products, including desktop and portable units, car radios and broadcast receivers. 

Gospell is working with Antriksh Digital to offer consulting, integration and customization services in India. It is also planning to provide customized DRM products in the near future.

DRM availability in cars also continues to grow in India. Digital Radio Mondiale reported that nearly 3 million cars have been rolled out in the country with DRM receivers. The group posted a video of a recent in-car DRM experience here in its YouTube channel. 

Digital Radio Mondiale has also updated its DRM receivers leaflet with the latest available products.
