Italian antenna manufacturer Aldena has introduced the ADD022423XY, a new antenna designed to support both FM broadcasting (87.5–108 MHz) and DAB+ (174–240 MHz) in a single unit. The company says it is the first antenna worldwide to combine these bands in one high-performance product.
The antenna features an omnidirectional pattern, vertical polarization and gain of 4.4 dBd in FM and 5.0 dBd in DAB. Aldena highlights optimized efficiency, with VSWR of ≤1.27:1 in FM and ≤1.15:1 in DAB, and a stainless-steel design with full lightning protection for durability in all conditions.
The full datasheet, including specifications and electrical diagrams, is available here.
The company will showcase the antenna at IBC2025, at stand 8.C70.
