AEQ was recently awarded the 2020 TM Broadcast prize for the Best Radio Project in Spain with it’s renovation of the central radio facilities at Badalona Comunicación.
Media company TM Broadcast produces a print publication that focuses on the media, broadcast and installation market in Spain. The TM Broadcast Awards (“Premios TM Broadcast 2020”) gathered a jury of A/V industry experts to choose the best projects and productions conducted from January 2019 to October 2020. While the group intended to announce the winners at the end of 2020, the the pandemic caused a delay in judging, and the winners were released this April.
Badalona Comunicació is a multimedia public company supported by the City Council of Badalona, a municipality of more than 200,000 inhabitants located 10 km northeast of Barcelona. Badalona Comunicació manages three media: written press, radio and television.
The facilities update transitioned the studio to completely digital, with AEQ Atrium and Forum IP consoles.
