London-based AdTonos, which monetizes gaming, podcasts, audiobooks, music and radio streams, has appointed Tony Moustakelis as a business development director to support the growing demand in the United States. The appointment coincides with the opening of AdTonos’ first office in the U.S., located in Manhattan, New York.
AdTonos says Moustakelis will be responsible for expanding AdTonos’ client base and building awareness of its ad tech solutions in the U.S. market. Moustakelis has over ten years of experience as a business development director at iHeart Media and has worked in sales for more than 16 years with various companies, including AT&T Mobility in the U.S. His previous responsibilities included managing client endorsements, sponsorships, digital initiatives, radio, and consumer experiences working alongside ad agencies. He has also assisted management teams in developing sales techniques and promotions based on data-driven strategy and analysis.
“Tony’s appointment is a very exciting time for the business, and we are delighted to welcome him. We are building great momentum, and we are looking forward to expanding our presence on the ground in the U.S.,” said Paul Smith, senior vice president of sales at AdTonos. “Tony has a wealth of experience in the audio market, combined with the right attitude and ambition to complement the direction of the business.
