The Audio Academy, the United Kingdom-based charity that supports the country’s audio and radio industry, has launched a search for an event production partner to deliver the 2027 Audio and Radio Industry Awards (ARIAS).
The organization is inviting expressions of interest from full-service event production companies to manage the end-to-end delivery of the awards ceremony, which will take place in May 2027. The successful partner will oversee creative development, talent, technical production, venue and stage management, guest experience, ticketing, awards administration, branding, catering, entertainment and support for press and partnership activities.
The 2026 ARIAS took place at London’s Roundhouse, with broadcaster Rylan hosting the ceremony and Tyler West presenting the red-carpet arrivals. The awards attracted around 800 guests and featured celebrity appearances, live performances and an afterparty. More than 200 senior industry professionals judged the awards, which recognize achievement across U.K. audio, including live radio, podcasts, audiobooks and commercial audio partnerships.
The Audio Academy said the 2027 ceremony will mark the next stage of the awards following the organization’s recent rebrand. The charity is looking for a production company to help develop the event’s creative direction while delivering the ceremony from concept through to completion.

The Audio Academy is seeking companies with a proven track record of producing large-scale awards ceremonies, a collaborative approach to creative development and a commitment to accessibility, inclusion, outreach and environmental sustainability.
Interested companies must first sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the full Invitation to Tender, which sets out the scope of services, budget, pitch requirements, timeline and evaluation criteria.
Companies must register their interest by Monday, Aug. 31. The Audio Academy has set Monday, Sept. 14, as the deadline for final pitches.
