Mentoring & Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation have announced Eunice McNally as the 2026 mentee for their joint “Launch” mentorship program.
Established in 2023, “Launch” pairs emerging female professionals in radio with senior industry leaders for a year-long mentorship focused on career development, skills enhancement, and leadership growth. The initiative offers one-on-one coaching, networking opportunities, and targeted learning to help participants advance across technical and creative roles in the industry.
McNally currently serves as broadcast operations manager for Townsquare Media in Texas. She previously spent seven years with iHeartMedia, including roles culminating in the assistant director of operations. A native Texan, she holds a degree in Converged Broadcast Media from the University of North Texas.
Passion for the craft
“Eunice is exactly the kind of emerging leader ‘Launch’ was built to champion,” said MIW board president Sheila Kirby. “Her hands-on operations experience and passion for the craft signal real leadership potential. We’re excited to support her next stage of growth.”
McNally said she is “incredibly grateful” to MIW and NABLF for the opportunity. “Radio has been my dream since I was ten years old, and I’m eager to learn from leaders who’ve built great teams and great stations,” she said.
Michelle Duke, president of the NAB Leadership Foundation, said the partnership reflects NABLF’s ongoing commitment to developing future leaders in broadcast media. “As the industry continues to innovate, it remains dedicated to cultivating talent and expanding opportunities for women to build successful careers in local media,” she said.
