Ensemble pour le DAB+ urges French government to strengthen public support
RedTech RadioWeek 2026, a free, fully online event, runs from Monday, Jan. 26 through Friday, Jan. 30, offering a week of focused discussions on strategy, technology and audience trends shaping radio and audio in the year ahead.
Designed as a series of short, daily sessions, RadioWeek 2026 will feature five one-hour programs, each held at the same time — 3 p.m. CET / 9 a.m. ET — and each built around a distinct theme. The format is intended to provide practical insight without the time commitment of a traditional conference.
Each session brings together researchers, technologists and industry practitioners to examine real-world challenges, emerging technologies and applied case studies relevant to broadcasters, podcasters and audio professionals working across hybrid media environments.
The week opens on Monday, Jan. 26, with “Data into Value” focusing on how real-time listener and in-car analytics can be translated into programming decisions, stronger audience engagement and measurable commercial results.
Tuesday, Jan. 27, turns to “Audience Behavior and Retention,” examining evolving listening habits and how hybrid platforms and smart metadata can help broadcasters retain existing audiences and attract new ones.
On Wednesday, Jan. 28, the focus shifts to “Cybersecurity in Radio and Media Operations,” with discussions centered on the growing security risks facing broadcast organizations and practical strategies to protect infrastructure, content and continuity.
Thursday, Jan. 29, explores “AI in Audio Publishing,” looking at how artificial intelligence is being used to transform text into broadcast-quality podcasts, audiobooks and news streams, including narration and soundscape generation.
The week concludes on Friday, Jan. 30, with “AI Transcription and Value Expansion,” highlighting how AI-powered transcription supports discoverability, compliance, content reuse and new revenue opportunities across teams.
