Futuri launches TopLine Enterprise for media sales teams

Futuri has launched TopLine Enterprise, a revenue intelligence platform designed for media sales organizations. The company says the platform combines prospecting, proposal generation and pipeline management into a single workflow built around a client’s first-party data.

According to Futuri, TopLine Enterprise was developed following a beta deployment with large U.S. media sales organizations. The company says the platform integrates CRM data and market intelligence through its Futuri Data Platform to automate tasks such as prospecting, outreach, account planning and proposal creation.

Futuri says beta partners reported that account executives recovered up to 18 hours per week from administrative tasks and reduced sales cycle times by between 50% and 70%.

The company says TopLine Enterprise synchronizes with CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. Futuri says customer data remains isolated by client and is not used to train external models. The company adds that all outreach, proposals and account plans require human approval before being sent.

Daniel Anstandig, chief executive officer at Futuri, said, “Every media company in America is being asked to grow revenue. TopLine Enterprise gives media organizations a way to do it without hiring, depending on the ad market, or using inventory they don’t have. It’s the first revenue platform built to close the gap between the data media companies sit on and the deals they book.”

Futuri says early enterprise deployments achieved an average 11x return on investment, 34% revenue growth within 90 days and a 2.1x increase in sales pipeline size during a single quarter. The company claims its sales intelligence platform currently influences more than $1 billion in revenue across more than 7,000 brands in 22 countries. SpotOn audio and video creative and TopicPulse content intelligence are available as optional add-ons to TopLine Enterprise.
