The National Association of Broadcasters is accepting entries for the 41st annual NAB Crystal Radio Awards through Oct. 31. The awards recognize U.S. radio stations for year-round community service conducted between Oct. 1, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2026.
Eligibility is limited to NAB member radio stations. Applicants must submit an online entry detailing their community service activities during the qualifying period.
The Crystal Radio Awards have recognized local radio’s community role since 1987. A panel representing the broadcast industry and community service organizations will choose 50 finalists, then select 10 winners.
NAB plans to announce the finalists in February. The winners will receive their awards during the NAB State Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., on March 2, 2027.
The annual conference brings radio and television broadcasters from across the United States to Washington for policy briefings and discussions with lawmakers. It also provides a national platform for recognizing stations’ public-service work.
Eligible NAB member stations can submit an entry through My NAB by Oct. 31, here.
