Zeno Media adds Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to ZenoRadio app

Zeno Media has added Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support to its ZenoRadio app, extending access to international radio stations into connected-car dashboards.

According to the company, the updated app allows users to browse stations by country and access live radio programming from around the world through in-car infotainment systems. Zeno Media says the platform continues to expand with additional stations and regional content.

“Audio doesn’t stop when people get in the car,” Morris Berger, CEO at Zeno Media, said. “ZenoRadio is built to remove barriers of geography and discovery, bringing listeners closer to the content that matters most to them.”

The app also retains ZenoRadio’s “call-to-listen” feature, which enables users to access stations via a phone number rather than a data stream. The company says the functionality is designed to support listening in bandwidth-constrained environments.

In addition to live streaming, the platform includes station discovery tools covering news, talk, music and sports programming from multiple regions and languages. Zeno Media says the expanded in-car functionality creates additional opportunities for broadcasters and advertisers seeking to reach international and diaspora audiences through connected listening environments.

The ZenoRadio app is available for iOS and Android devices.
