In the latest “2 Mins of Tech” video from IBC2026 in Amsterdam, Jason Hancock, senior director of global sales at WideOrbit, and William “Dub” Irvin, managing director and VP, radio automation, present three of the company’s platforms. They introduce WO Fusion for cross-platform advertising sales, Pattison Media’s resonate programmatic radio solution and WO Aurora, WideOrbit’s cloud-powered radio automation system.
Hancock and Irvin explain how WO Aurora can reduce operating costs by limiting the hardware and real estate required for radio automation. Its shared programming capabilities also allow teams in different locations to collaborate, while the browser-based Web Studio gives presenters remote access to the system.
The video demonstrates Live Mic within Web Studio and introduces Guest Link, a new feature unveiled at IBC2026. An on-air presenter can send a guest a time-limited link, allowing that person to join the show through a browser without installing additional software.
