Triton Digital acquires Sounder

Triton Digital has announced its acquisition of the audio intelligence platform Sounder. Triton says Sounder will continue to provide advanced contextual targeting solutions, brand suitability and cutting-edge podcast promotional tools.

Triton says combining the two companies will enable a more seamless, practical, data-driven advertising experience for brands, agencies, publishers and podcasters.
