Radiodays Europe has outlined six specialist Sunday Summits for its 2027 conference, which will take place March 14–16 in Palma, Mallorca. The daylong sessions on March 14 will examine programming, podcasting and visual audio, sales and monetization, research and data, community, and AI and technology innovation.
Running from 9 a.m.–4 p.m., the summits will combine expert presentations, case studies and discussions focused on each subject area. Organizers say the format is intended to give attendees more time to examine specific industry challenges and identify ideas they can apply within their organizations.
The Programming Summit will explore ideas, innovation and the elements that contribute to effective radio. At the same time, the Podcast and Visual Audio Summit will examine the growing overlap between audio and video. The remaining sessions will consider commercial growth, audience research, community relationships and the technologies changing how audio is created, distributed and consumed.
Access to the Sunday Summits is included with a three-day Radiodays Europe pass. Attendees who want to focus on one subject area can also purchase a summit-only ticket for March 14. You can see the full portfolio of package options here.
The organizers also announced that Trailblazers, an initiative recognizing women working across radio, podcasting and audio, will come to Radiodays Europe in 2027. Launched at Radiodays Asia earlier this year, the initiative highlights established industry figures, emerging talent and people whose contributions often take place behind the scenes.
Radiodays Europe plans to open nominations for the European edition in early 2027 and is preparing a Youth Fund intended to help more young people enter the radio, podcasting and audio sectors. It is also offering exhibition, sponsorship and partnership opportunities across the event, its Sunday Summits and associated digital channels.
Organizers say that more than 1,500 delegates from over 65 countries are expected to attend.
