Content and Programming Innovation

The first series comprises six episodes. Episode 1, “Content and Programming Innovation,” takes place on March 6 and welcomes top global audio and radio broadcast leaders who will explore new content creation opportunities on linear and on-demand broadcasting and the role of generative AI in radio and audio and how it’s transforming the listener experience and business models in their countries.

In addition, there’ll be a discussion evaluating the relevance of traditional current programming formats like TOP 40, Urban, and others and their continuing relevance in the age of limitless music streaming.

Audience Engagement and Growth

Episode 2, “Audience Engagement and Growth,” takes place on April 3. During this session, audio and radio titans will leap into a timely discussion on topics including strategies to attract and retain listeners, including Gen Z, and understanding their preferences. They’ll also identify effective promotion, contests, and content strategies and tactics to win over audiences and advertisers.

Strategies for Attracting and Retaining Elite Talent

Episode 3, “Strategies for Attracting and Retaining Elite Talent,” takes place Wednesday May 8 at 3 p.m. CET (9 a.m. ET). This episode will delve into the following topics, and more:
