Zeno Media has appointed broadcast veteran Mike McVay as a strategic advisor to help accelerate its global audio business. The company, which provides streaming and podcast infrastructure for diaspora communities in more than 100 countries, says McVay will collaborate with its leadership team to strengthen content strategy, programming innovation and growth across traditional, digital and streaming platforms.
With over 50 years of experience in radio programming, syndication and digital audio, McVay brings both creative and operational expertise. Through his consultancy, McVay Media, he has helped develop nationally syndicated shows, launch major talent and shape programming brands internationally.
Founded in 2012, Zeno Media connects broadcasters, creators and brands worldwide with streaming and podcasting solutions. The company says McVay’s guidance will support its plans to expand programming, strengthen monetization models and deliver content that resonates across diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.
“We’re thrilled to have Mike McVay advising Zeno Media during this next phase of growth,” said Morris Berger, CEO of Zeno Media. “His network, knowledge and experience in the radio and audio industry are truly unparalleled. It will be an honor to work with a legend and understand our ecosystem in a whole new light.”
“I’m excited to become a part of the Zeno team at such a pivotal moment in audio,” McVay said. “The company’s global reach, focus on underserved communities and commitment to creator-driven innovation position it as a new force in the field.”
