Edison Research has released its Top 25 Podcasts in the United Kingdom for the fourth quarter of 2025, based on reach among weekly podcast listeners ages 15 and older. Edison Podcast Metrics ranks podcasts by reach among weekly listeners and is based on survey data collected in the U.K.
“The Joe Rogan Experience,” “The Diary of a CEO with Steven Bartlett” and “The Rest Is Politics” retained the top three positions, the same order as in Q3 2025. Edison says the top four shows remained unchanged quarter over quarter.
Rounding out the Top 10 are “The Rest Is History;” “The Peter Crouch Podcast,” up one position since Q3; “The Rest Is Football,” down one; “Newscast;” “Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster,” up one; “Shagged Married Annoyed,” up two; and “Crime Junkie,” also up two.
Edison notes that “The Archers” climbed 10 positions since Q3 2025 as it approaches its 75th season. First broadcast Jan. 1, 1951, as a radio soap opera, the series continues to reflect contemporary rural life in England, according to the company.
Among the biggest movers, “Stick to Football” rose 22 positions, making it the quarter’s largest gainer, Edison says. The company also reports that “RedHanded” reached a record high, entering the Top 20 for the first time after appearing in the Top 25 in Q3 2025.
