The Podcast Show 2023 is still growing

The Podcast Show MrBallen

With just days to go before the doors open, The Podcast Show 2023 is still squeezing in more big names. The event, the international festival for the business of podcasting, returns to the Islington Design Centre in London on May 24 and 25.

During the event, Wondery’s Chief Content Officer, Marshall Lewy will sit down with podcast creator and storyteller John Allen ─ better known as MrBallen, the host and founder of Ballen Studios and the MrBallen Podcast: Strange, Dark & Mysterious Stories ─ in The Amplify Theatre on 24 May at 1.15 p.m. The session sees the pair dive into the inspiration for the podcast, discuss how MrBallen built the brand around his unique storytelling style, and reveal what’s next for Ballen Studios.

The event will host more than 130 in-person panels and sessions with industry leaders, creators and podcasters, claiming a range of talks will cater to attendees at all stages of their career.

Official partners for this year’s Podcast Show include Acast, Amazon Music and Wondery.  Audioboom, BBC Sounds, Global  and Veritone.
