Teko Broadcast has reached an agreement to acquire the customer portfolio and the right to produce/distribute CTE Digital Broadcast products. This move widens the range of FM transmitters and broadcast equipment that TEKO Broadcast can offer, covering a large range of applications, from small community, commercial private stations to big networks or public radio stations.
CTE Digital Broadcast designs and produces transmission equipment and audio and video transreceiving apparatus for global customers. It specializes in single frequency networks, FM repeaters and N+1 FM systems. A previous acquisition of ELIT Elettronica Italiana’s activity added to the company’s experience and services.
