Tech Focus: NeoGroupe NeoSIP manages the phone

I screen shot of the NeoGroupe NeoSIP product

Tech Focus: NeoSIP, from NeoGroupe, is a scalable call management software solution for next-gen broadcast studio environments.

NeoGroupe has added the capability to handle phone lines and codecs directly into NeoScreener, its well-known call screening solution, creating an all-in-one software solution for managing calls and contributions.

The result — NeoSIP — is a software-based telephony system that will replace your hybrid and codec setups.

Combined with an IPBX, NeoSIP offers a scalable solution, ensuring real-time call management from listeners, guests and reporters in a single, easy-to-use interface.

Studio staff no longer need to know how to operate multiple devices — all communications come to the same interface and are easily assigned to faders.

NeoSIP also offers all IPBX-native functions such as call routing, voice mails, recordings, IVR and more.

System compatibilities include public phone networks, SIP/VOIP, ISDN and POTS. NeoSIP also works with Opus, G.711a, G.711µ, G.722 and G.729 codecs.

Additional compatibility for console audio applications includes AES67, Dante, Livewire+, WheatNet-IP and any audio in/out through a Windows WDM driver.

The solution can be installed in the cloud, integrated with your virtualization environment or run on a local machine on premises.
