Tech Focus: NeoGroupe NeoSIP drives studios

NeoSIP, developed by NeoGroupe, is software designed to centralize call management in a single, intuitive, and user-friendly interface, according to the company.

Developed as a unified solution combining telephony, codecs and WebRTC via the VoIP protocol, NeoSIP supports all types of digital audio protocols (Dante, AES67, Livewire, WheatNet-IP) and can be integrated with consoles of all types to optimize communications and call management. It offers superior audio quality thanks to the Opus codec.

NeoSIP works with NeoScreener, NeoSIP’s visual phone interface, offering 12 call lines: eight public and four for internal use (shown). NeoGroupe’s NeoWinners program, aimed at radio stations and programs that organize on-air contests, can also interface with NeoSIP.

NeoSIP, with or without NeoScreener and NeoWinners, is a multistudio and multisite solution. NeoGroupe says that customers particularly appreciate the solution’s ease of use and the flexibility of its features. The company adds that it listens to its customers to develop new versions or features that meet their specific needs. Products are available in several formats: cloud hosting or on-site installation, subscription or permanent purchase.
