AxelTech has launched the Talk Show System, a software option for the Oxygen 3000 Plus console that adds call management capabilities.
The company says that this addresses long-standing industry challenges with expensive third-party phone hybrid systems by delivering enterprise-level capabilities through seamless software integration.
The Talk Show System eliminates these barriers by managing up to eight telephone lines: POTS, BT, telco and VoIP through just one or two mixer channels. This consolidation simplifies the workflow while maintaining professional broadcast quality.
Multiple operating modes adapt to any scenario: alternating queue for sequential caller management, conference mode for simultaneous connections, and hybrid mode for remote guests with listener call-ins.
The system’s dedicated web interface supports three independent operators with customized access rights, enabling efficient call screening, queue management and live production coordination.
The Talk Show System activates via software only, requiring no additional hardware investment. Axel says this approach delivers professional phone hybrid capabilities at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions while offering superior integration with the Oxygen 3000 Plus console platform.
