Sonifex Announces Distributor of the Year Awards

Sonifex announced its “Distributor of the Year Awards” for 2019–20.

Canford Audio received the award for the best U.K. distributor. The best export distributor award went to orangetec, which is based in Stuttgart, Germany.

“It’s my pleasure once again to esteem those who have shown such commitment to the Sonifex brand and have excelled in this year of unprecedented and unexpected world catastrophe. Canford and orangetec, we salute you and thank you for your hard work,” said Marcus Brooke, managing director of Sonifex.

“This has been a difficult year but having the right team in the right place at the right time has paid off,” commented Canford’s Iain Elliott. “The hard work coupled with an ability to think outside the box has made Canford what it is and this year is no exception,” he said.

“I can concur that this has been an unprecedented time for the industry, nevertheless, good marketing strategy, drive and self-determination has achieved good results for orangetec,” added Ulrich Otte. “With the new range of Dante-enabled AoIP products, I am optimistic about 2021.”
