Salem Media launches creator management agency

Salem Media has launched Salem Creators Agency, a talent management and business development division focused on creators working in faith-oriented and family-focused media.

The company said the agency will provide representation and strategic support across publishing, podcasting, live events, speaking engagements, music, film and television projects. As part of the launch, SCA has signed content creator and media personality Jason Jackson Jr. as its first client.

According to Salem Media, the new agency expands the company’s activities beyond content distribution and audience development into talent representation and career management. The company said SCA will work with creators on brand partnerships, publishing opportunities, media appearances and other business development activities.

More than platform monetization

“For years, we’ve worked alongside some of the most influential voices in media,” said David Santrella, chief executive officer at Salem Media. “Many of them are looking for more than platform monetization. They want a partner who not only understands their audience and shares their values but also has the experience to help them continue building their brands. Launching SCA is a natural next step for us.”

Andrew Samalot, managing director of SCA, said the agency was created to help creators expand their businesses beyond individual social media platforms. “As we’ve worked alongside creators over the last several years, we’ve seen firsthand that the most successful talent aren’t just building social media audiences — they’re building brands, businesses and platforms that extend far beyond any single channel,” he said. “Our role is to help them identify those opportunities, navigate them strategically and surround them with representation they can trust as they continue growing their influence and impact.”

Jackson has built an audience of more than one million followers across social media platforms since 2023. He produces content, speaking engagements and long-form media projects, including the talk show “The Pew.”

Salem Media said it plans to add further clients as the agency expands its roster of creators.
