It’s the new year and all eyes turn to the 2026 NAB Show in April.
Okay, maybe not “all” eyes… but some.
First news out of the NAB Show box — transmitter-maker Nautel has announced that its Nautel Users Group/NUG, officially and here forthwith known as the Nautel Radio Technology Forum, is moving from The Flamingo to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort Casino, formerly known as the Las Vegas Hilton. The Westgate is next to the Las Vegas Convention Center.
It still will be on Sunday morning of the show, April 19, starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Main Ballroom. The ballroom is located in that section between the hotel and the LVCC.
The forum will feature the usual industry briefing, product and engineering sessions and more along with a complementary lunch, if you have the time.
The company said, “Please join us at our 2026 event and listen to notable industry speakers and Nautel personnel as they delve into topics related to broadcast transmission best practices, challenges, and technological trends. Afterward, enjoy networking with your peers during a delightful lunch.”
