GatesAir will host a webinar examining how its AirWatch365 service helps radio and television broadcasters monitor transmission sites and respond to technical problems. The GatesAir Connect session takes place Thursday, Oct. 29, at 11 a.m. EDT (4 p.m. CET) on Microsoft Teams.
AirWatch365 provides continuous remote monitoring and response for broadcast transmission systems. It is designed to give technical teams greater visibility across their infrastructure, flag potential problems and provide access to GatesAir specialists during troubleshooting.
Brent Whelan, GatesAir vice president of global services, will lead the webinar with members of the AirWatch365 team. They will explain the process of connecting and onboarding a transmission site, progressing from an order to active monitoring and using the AirWatch365 dashboard to view individual sites or larger transmitter fleets.
The session will also examine what happens when the service identifies a problem and how reporting, trend data, advanced analytics and AI-assisted insights can support technical decisions. A live question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
GatesAir said the webinar is intended for broadcasters operating anything from a single transmission site to a larger network.
