Ferncast will host a free webinar, “SIP/WebRTC system architecture for broadcasters,” on Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. CET.
During this free event, Ferncast experts will discuss use cases for SIP and WebRTC applications, including contribution (reporting, commentating, OB vans and remote studios) and hub systems (MCR and similar locations).
They will explain the various aspects of their SIP solutions and WebRTC functionalities in aixtream software and the advantages of this new audio communication method, such as enjoying lower latency listen-in and browser- or app-based communication with aixtream. They will also demo the advanced control and monitoring features, including Active Phonebook. This will be the first time Ferncast will present its SIP server services in a webinar.
Martin Lonicer from the European Broadcast Union is a special guest and will explain how the organization implements the SIP server services and uses the Active Phonebook.
