Cabsat 2026 will now take place Oct. 5–7, 2026, at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City, following a change to the event schedule announced by the organizers. It was previously scheduled for June 2–4.
The move comes amid what the organizers describe as ongoing uncertainty affecting international travel and market conditions across the Gulf region. The revised timing was agreed after consultation with partners and relevant authorities.
According to the organizers, the October dates are intended to support stronger participation from international vendors, broadcasters and industry partners who had faced scheduling challenges with the original timing.
They added that the new slot aligns more closely with the global broadcast and media technology calendar, positioning the event to attract broader international attendance.
The organizers also pointed to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates’ continued role as hosts of international business events, highlighting the region’s focus on maintaining engagement with the global media technology community.
