Automation developer Broadcast Radio has a new feature for its Myriad automation platform, Split Voice Tracking. The NAB Show will be a debut.
Broadcast Radio Sales Director Billy Billany said, “Split Voice Tracking gives stations a powerful new way to increase local relevance while maintaining efficient production workflows,. It allows presenters to quickly create tailored links for different regions without slowing down show preparation.”
The announcement provides details, “The new capability allows presenters to create unique voice links for each split, or selectively share voice tracks across multiple splits, giving stations greater flexibility when producing localized content.”
Further elaboration, “Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing Myriad workflows, Split Voice Tracking introduces several tools to streamline production. These include Split VT Placeholders within the log, which can contain notes or instructions for presenters, along with quick navigation tools that allow presenters to rapidly jump between Split Voice Tracking points in the log.
Te release adds, “Split Voice Tracking also assists with maintaining consistent VT lengths between splits, helping ensure that region-specific voice tracks remain within similar durations so that split transmission paths remain synchronized.”
Broadcast Radio will be demonstrating Split Voice Tracks at Booth C2030. And if you can’t make the show, a video demo of Split Voice Tracking has already been posted.
