The organizers of the Radiodays Europe 2026 show in Riga, Latvia, March 22–24, have announced the creation of Youth Fund 2026.
According to a release it is “a program designed to support early-career audio talent from across Europe. The Youth Fund is open to young professionals (aged 18–25) in junior roles across radio, audio and podcasting.”
It adds, “Selected participants will receive pre-conference online meet-ups, a three-day curated program of workshops and masterclasses, including access to all Radiodays Europe sessions and social events, training and structured opportunities to meet senior leaders from across the industry.”
Organizers said, “This initiative strengthens the European audio sector by widening access, nurturing diverse early-career talent, raising the standard of training, and building cross-industry networks that support long-term innovation and sustainability.”
Space is set aside for 50 participants.
