Radio still important in Belgian advertising spend

According to joint benchmark research by advertising agencies UBA (United Brands Association) and UMA (United Media Agencies), radio accounted for 14.5% of all advertising spend in Belgium in 2022.

TV continued to be the leader of the pack, with 35.6% of total advertising spend. Radio came second, while advertising in press dropped from 6.4% (2021) to 5.3%.
