Radio Academy selects Fellows

Radio Academy

Following the recent Radio Academy Festival, the Radio Academy has announced four fellowships.

The recipients, in alphabetical order: Adele Cross, producer of BBC Radio’s “1Xtra Breakfast with Nadia Jae”; Liam Fisher, head of U.K. sports radio network talkSPORT; Phil Maguire, chief executive of the Prison Radio Association and a Radio Academy trustee; and Kellie White, head of 7digital Creative, an independent program production house.

A release explained, “The fellowship is the highest honor awarded by The Radio Academy, recognizing outstanding contributions and achievements in audio as well as a commitment to the values of the academy: to share knowledge and experience with others for the benefit of all in the sector.”
