Broadcast equipment maker Wheatstone has announced the availability of a 12-channel DMX console; to fit in-between the eight-channel and 16-channel models in the value-oriented Audioarts lineup.
The DMX 12-channel is, of course, WheatNet IP-compatible so it will slide right in WheatNet networks. Like modern digital IP audio radio consoles it is a control surface attached to a rackmounted digital control/processing engine through WheatNet. Local or off-premises remote control is also a given.
Wheatstone will be showing the new board in Booth C1051 at the NAB Show.
