There are a lot of tremendous but often ignored resources provided by the broadcast equipment manufacturers and developers. These include educational tools such as webinars, how-tos, case studies, guides to specifications, etc.
RedTech covers these on an occasional basis and is going to try to up that game. Yes, these can be self-serving but we figure our readers are savvy enough to know that and take away what you want or need.
These will be tagged “Industry Insider.”
With that intro, as Jackie Gleason used to say, “And away we go…”
The Telos Alliance has a webinar scheduled for June 25, 3 p.m. CET, 10 a.m. EDT, called “Studio Essentials: Plug, Play, Perform.” It will be helmed by the familiar Kirk Harnack and he’ll be joined some of his buddies from Telos.
A recent announcement explained, “There are some things you simply must have in any studio. Like a mixer, and a broadcast phone system. Studio Essentials is the name for our new line of plug-and-play virtualized solutions that deploy in minutes and require almost no rack or desktop space. Telos VX Duo and Axia Altus SE are a part of the Studio Essentials family — and there’s more coming soon.”
It’ll be a product demo and discussion on these pint-sized studio-in-a-box tools, great for remotes, free-lancers, fly-away bags and small radio stations.
Sign up here. Once completed an on-demand version will be posted.
