Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio has announced the addition of four new members of its Board of Directors.
They are: Kieran Geffert, Allyson Hillman, Lauren “Lo” Sessions-Barker and Linnae Young.
Geffert is senior vice president and market manager for group owner Audacy’s San Francisco operations. She came over in Audacy’s, then known as Entercom, acquisition of CBS Radio.
Hillman is market president for group owner Townsquare Media’s operations in Rockford, Ill. She has also worked for Alpha Media, Beasley Media, Clear Channel/iHeart and NRG Media in a career spanning four decades.
Sessions-Barker is an on-air radio personality and station staffer who has worked at WFLZ(FM) in Tampa, Fla.; WVAQ (FM) in Morgantown, W. Va.; KBFF (FM) in Portland, Ore.; and KTFM (FM) in San Antonio. She now currently serves as assistant program director, music director and afternoon drive-time host at KKBQ (FM) in Houston.
Young is chief revenue officer for group owner Salem Media. She has almost 30 years with that company.
