DHD goes to Hamburg Open 2026

DHD audio, Hamburg Open

DHD audio will be at January’s Hamburg Open regional multimedia production trade show in, of course, Hamburg, Germany, Jan. 14 and 15.

DHD international sales manager Christoph Gottert explained, “Hamburg Open attracts media creatives from the broadcast, film and online streaming sectors as well as system integrators and related service providers. Our exhibit lineup will include the latest-generation RM1 Pro portable broadcast-from-anywhere production system, AI-based noise reduction, the ultra-configurable RX2 mixing console, compact SX2, desktop DX2 and ultracompact multitouch tabletop TX2.”

DHD RM1 Pro hardware and software

For RedTech readers attending, the new RM1 Pro broadcast studio-in-a-box hardware/software package will probably be the item of most interest. DHD describes it: “Based on the entry-level RM1, RM1 Pro has an extended toolset for use in remote or onsite broadcast contribution, live news production, web radio and podcasting. Feature include A/D-D/A interfacing, audio preamps, 48 volt phantom power for condenser microphones, Bluetooth audio, Dante 4×4, audio mixing, EQ and dynamics.”

DHD will also demo an AI-assisted voice enhancer for the XD3 IP core processor. Gottert said, “Developed in partnership with ai|acoustics, AI-based voice enhancement is an exceptionally powerful addition to the DHD audio production toolset, allowing noise-compromised content with high potential audience interest to be rendered fully acceptable for transmission.”

DHD audio will be in Booth 321 in Hall B6 at the Hamburg Messe + Congress.
