BRUSSELS — Belgian print media company Sudpresse has acquired the Maximum and Must FM regional radio networks, as part of the company’s strategy to expand its local reach.
The acquisition, which is the result of negotiations between Eric Adelbrecht, CEO of both Must FM and Maximum, and the Groupe Rossel (parent of Sudpresse), aims to create a “future-proof synergy between print and digital media, audio and video.”
“The universe of both stations is about strong but simple values: Proximity, diversity, modernity and curiosity,” said Adelbrecht.
